A campsite booking system with zero owner commission
Most booking marketplaces take a cut of every reservation. Campsty doesn't — you keep 100% of your nightly rate, and your guests pay a transparent 3% booking fee at checkout instead.
Why commission-based booking adds up
Many booking marketplaces charge campsite owners a percentage of every reservation, on top of any subscription or listing fee. That commission comes directly out of your nightly rate, and it scales with your bookings — the more you sell, the more you pay.
How Campsty's zero-commission model works
- You keep 100% of your nightly rate on every booking, with no per-booking fee charged to you.
- Campers pay a transparent 3% booking fee at checkout, shown clearly before they pay.
- Payouts go straight to your bank account through Stripe Connect — Campsty never holds your funds.
- A branded booking page with your own campsite's look, plus direct-booking links you can share anywhere.
Payment methods your guests already use
Accept Swish, Vipps, MobilePay, and major cards out of the box — no separate payment integrations to set up.
Common questions
- Does Campsty ever charge owners per booking?
- No. Owners are never charged a percentage or fee per booking. Campsty's subscription plans cover platform access and tools; the booking fee campers pay at checkout does not go to the owner's payout.
- Who pays the 3% booking fee?
- The camper pays it at checkout, shown as a separate line item alongside the nightly rate — it's never deducted from the owner's payout.
- How do I receive payouts?
- Through Stripe Connect, directly to your own bank account, once your Stripe account is set up and eligible to accept charges.
